Who we are

What are personal data?

By „personal data” are the individual unique identifiable information about an identified or identifiable individual („the data subject”), referring to the name, address, Personal Numbers (CNP), IP or phone number, location data, an online identifier, one or more specific elements, of its physical, physiological, genetic, psychic, economic, cultural or social identity.

Every time we request your personal data we will explain the purpose for which we need it, where we keep your data and cine who has access to it.

Of course, we inform you that whenever you want, we give you the information we hold about and, of course, we will delete it upon request.

What personal data we collect and why we collect them

We collect personal data to be able to respond successfully to your requests.

We do not use your IP address to identify you, but we inform you that it may be stored when you access our site – mainly due to security reasons. What is the legal basis for processing these data?

The data we provide voluntarily (name, surname, phone number, email address) – the legal basis is to take action at the request of the person concerned prior to the conclusion of an agreement (Article 6 (1) (b)) and c) of the Regulation (UE) 679/2016).

We use the data to issue the fiscal invoice, if applicable.
