Who we are

Of course, we inform you that whenever you want, we give you the information we hold about and, of course, we will delete it upon request.

What personal data we collect and why we collect them

We do not use your IP address to identify you, but we inform you that it may be stored when you access our site – mainly due to security reasons. You have the right to request the deletion of the IP!

What is the legal basis for processing these data?

The data we provide voluntarily (name, surname, phone number, email address) – the legal basis is to take action at the request of the person concerned prior to the conclusion of an agreement (Article 6 (1) (b)) and c) of the Regulation (UE) 679/2016).

We use the data to issue the fiscal invoice, if applicable.

Regarding these data we automatically collect by using cookies or other similar technologies, the basis for their processing is your consent. Once you accessed the site and selected the YES/Agree option you are validly giving you consent to the process.

What is the purpose of collecting data and how we use your personal information

What rights do you have as target person?
